In Australia , 2 yrs ago a neighbour complained to police two teenage boys with autism were trapped in a squalid room wearing nappies sagging to their knees & shit smeared up the walls. Yesterday they were found in that same place along with a dead body.

I seriously cannot believe this is still happening in 2020. My heart is broken for these boys. Questions must be asked surely we can do better.
